# Lead/Senior .NET Engineer

We are looking for a Lead/Senior .NET engineer to join our NerdySoft team to collaborate with a client in the US mortgage lending domain. Requirements: 5+ years of commercial experience with the .NET platform; Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing an engineering team, as well as successfully implementing software development best practices; Experience using modern AI tools to optimize testing processes and boost daily productivity; Knowledge of and experience working with AI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE) and conversational AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude); Experience working with C#, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, MS SQL Server; Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET / ASP.NET WebForms, Azure; Experience migrating WebForms to .NET; Experience with TDD. Unit/integration testing; Good understanding of OOD and design patterns; Hands-on experience working on integration solutions with external systems; Experience communicating directly with the client; English level — B2 and above.
