This person will be responsible for identifying key stakeholders, building relationships with operational units, generating and leading engagements, and helping convert regional demand into fielded capability.\nResponsibilities\nOwn business development and sales efforts for U.S. forces in EUCOM\nCoordinate closely with the MENA Business Development team to link U.S. force opportunities with host-nation priorities\nSupport planning and execution of demos, live fires, training events, and operational evaluations\nIdentify opportunities tied to training, equipping, partner-force support, and real-world testing\nYou should have the following\nExperience working with or inside U.S. military organizations, preferably in operational or business development contexts\nStrong understanding of U.S. forces operating in the EUCOM region\nExperience planning or supporting military engagements, training events, exercises, demos, or live fires\nWillingness to travel regionally and domestically as needed\nComfort working across sales, product, operations, and leadership teams\nHigh ownership, strong judgment, and a mission-first mindset\nNice to Have\nLocation: Germany/Europe, DC, East Coast US\nPrior military service or direct experience supporting deployed U.S. forces\nFamiliarity with UAS, loitering munitions, robotics, defense technology, or tactical systems\nExperience with foreign military sales, partner-force equipping, security cooperation, or SOF networks\nExisting relationships with U.S. units, commands, or program offices operating in the region\nUS Salary Range\n$110,500 - $154,500 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
