We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.\nWhat you will be doing\nPerform day to day accounting processes and month end close entries and account reconciliations\nPerform accounting close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial statements and supporting reports\nPrepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves and account analysis\nPrepare schedules and supporting documentation related to external audit requirements, and interact with external auditors as required\nProcess vendor invoices, verify coding and ensure timely approvals and monitor accounts payable balances\nProcess customer invoices, apply cash and reconcile customer accounts and monitor accounts receivable balances\nParticipate in special projects as requested\nPerforms necessary functions to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls over relevant processes\nIdentify and implement process improvements and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy\nYou should have the following\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\nProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Sage) and advanced Excel skills\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data\nAbility to convey financial information clearly to executives, peers, and auditors\n2-6 years of related accounting/finance work experience\nUS Salary Range\n$73,500 - $103,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
