You will be responsible for working across all facets of financial and operational problem-solving at Neros, including forecasting, budgeting, planning, business partnership, and analytics\nYou will collaborate with senior leadership to assess and execute on key strategic opportunities and decision-making, including partnerships, M&A, and fundraising\nYou will spearhead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders to solve unstructured problems\nThis is a unique opportunity to help build the strategic finance function from the ground up at a generational company\nIf you’re someone who’s excited about building and having tangible impact, not just crunching through models and slide decks, then this role is for you\nYou should have the following\n2-5 years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, venture-backed startups, or similar high-performance environments\nExceptional problem-solving, analytical, and corporate finance skills\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nA strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale\nAbility to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information\nGenuine interest in defense, hardware, and manufacturing\nNice to Have\nExperience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startups\nMBA and/or CFA\nWorking fluency with AI tooling and light scripting\nExperience with defense or hardware companies\nRobust understanding of statistical analysis techniques\nUS Salary Range\n$134,000 - $187,500 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
