This is a generalist role - you’ll work across the full stack, talk to hospital admin, physicians, and own features end-to-end. We need someone who increases build velocity immediately and fits naturally into a transparent, high-tempo team culture.\nWe’re a tight knit team that cares more about getting it right than being right. Leave ego at the door.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and ship product features across the full stack (Python backend, TypeScript/React frontend).\nParticipate in customer discovery and user interviews with clinical end users.\nWork with LLMs and AI agents as core product components.\nContribute to architecture, deployment, and infrastructure decisions.\nHelp scale the product across hospital deployments, navigating constraints like VPN access and on-premise environments.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of software engineering experience.\nStrong Python and TypeScript skills. You are able to write and debug both without relying on coding agents as a crutch.\nFrontend/UI development experience.
