Zakres zadań:

  • Wsparcie biznesu w przygotowaniu analiz i koncepcji biznesowych oraz rekomendacje planowanych projektów z uwzględnieniem wpływu na istniejącą architekturę grupy

  • Projektowanie i aktualizacja modelu architektury as-is, tworzenie koncepcji rozwiązań IT obejmujących procesy biznesowe i wsparcie systemowe

  • Współpraca z dostawcami IT przy realizacji i ocenie koncepcji rozwiązań

  • Zarządzanie zgodnością rozwiązań IT z wytycznymi i pryncypiami architektonicznymi

  • Współkształtowanie kierunków rozwoju architektury w organizacji

Wymagania:

  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w roli Architekta IT / Architekta Rozwiązań / Senior Software Engineera z realnym wpływem na architekturę systemów

  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu systemów od podstaw oraz modernizacji i integracji systemów legacy

  • Praktyczna znajomość co najmniej jednej platformy chmurowej (Azure / AWS / GCP)

  • Znajomość wzorców architektonicznych: mikroserwisy, SOA, EDA, architektura oparta o API - i umiejętność świadomego ich doboru

  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu systemów odpornych na awarie (circuit breaker, retry, idempotencja)

  • Umiejętność modelowania i komunikowania architektury (diagramy, dokumentacja, prezentacje)

  • Rozumienie zagadnień niefunkcjonalnych: wydajność, bezpieczeństwo, observability, koszt utrzymania

  • Wysokie kompetencje komunikacyjne - swobodna współpraca z biznesem, analitykami, developerami i security

  • Otwartość na sporadyczne dyżury w ok. 6 sobót rocznie

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w środowiskach regulowanych (finanse, ubezpieczenia)

  • Znajomość DDD i modelowania domenowego

  • Praca w środowiskach Agile / SAFe

  • Certyfikaty chmurowe lub architektoniczne (Azure / AWS / TOGAF)
