We are looking for an experiencedLead DevOps Engineer to drive the development of cybersecurity automation solutions while leading a high-performing engineering team. In this role, you will combine technical leadership with hands-on expertise in Python, the ELK Stack, CI/CD, and cloud technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. You will collaborate closely with Security, DevOps, and SOC teams to enhance automation, optimize security operations, and support continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Mentorship
Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing cybersecurity automation solutions.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and SOC Operations.
Python Automation
Design and develop advanced Python scripts and frameworks to automate cybersecurity workflows.
Implement APIs and integrate systems with SIEM solutions.
Develop reusable, efficient, and testable code.
ELK Stack Management
Configure, optimize, and maintain the ELK stack for real-time data ingestion, processing, and visualization.
Design and implement dashboards for log analysis, anomaly detection, and security insights.
Ensure seamless integration with security tools.
Optimize log ingestion, parsing, and visualization to support SOC operations.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
Drive innovation to improve system performance and security.
Ensure scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance of solutions.
Architecture and Design
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
Web Application Development
Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
DevOps and Automation
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible for configuration management and deployment.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing SIEM solutions using the ELK Stack within a cybersecurity environment.
Strong experience in web application development using ASP.NET MVC.
Proficiency in Python programming and automation frameworks.
Expertise in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for SIEM and log management.
Hands-on experience with multi-node ELK cluster deployments.
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET frameworks, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies.
Experience in Power BI dashboard and visualization development.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and system integrations.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and cloud platforms.
Understanding of network protocols, system logs, cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, and incident response.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
Exposure to machine learning and AI applications in cybersecurity is an added advantage.
