position below:\n\nJob Title: Company Driver \n\nLocation: Abuja (FCT) \n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nDepartment: Operations / Real Estate\n\nJob Summary\n\nNestal Concept Limited is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Company Driver to support the company’s daily real estate operations.\nThe ideal candidate must be punctual, courteous, familiar with Abuja roads, and committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for clients while maintaining the company’s professional image.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, clients, and prospective property buyers or tenants to property inspection locations, meetings, and other official engagements across Abuja.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFollow traffic regulations, company policies, and all road safety requirements.\nAssist with the movement of company documents, property inspection materials, and other authorized items.\nKeep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle maintenance where required.\nMaintain a polite, respectful, and professional attitude when dealing with clients and visitors.\nMaintain a clean, neat, and presentable company vehicle at all times.\nEnsure timely arrival at scheduled property inspections and client appointments.\nSafely transport company staff, clients, and prospective buyers or tenants to property inspections, site visits, meetings, and other official appointments.\nConduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, coolant, and other essential components.\nSupport other reasonable operational duties assigned by management.\nMaintain confidentiality regarding clients, property transactions, company information, and business discussions.\nReport vehicle faults, maintenance needs, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly to management.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nVehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance.\nResponsible use of company vehicles and resources.\nProfessional conduct and positive client experience.\nSafe and accident-conscious driving.\nPunctuality for property inspections and client appointments.\nAccurate trip and fuel records.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\nNeat appearance, good conduct, and a customer-service mindset.\nBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge.\nAbility to work flexible hours when property inspections or client appointments require it.\nPrevious experience driving for a real estate company or corporate organization is an advantage.\nGood knowledge of Abuja roads, estates, districts, and major property locations.\nMinimum of 2–3 years of professional driving experience.\nA valid Nigerian driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.\n\nReporting Line:\n\nThe Company Driver will report directly to the Managing Director or a designated Operations Manager.\n\nHow
