We also support leisure time activities, e.g. by offering benefits for sports and culture (ePassi).\nYou will have an impactful role at the intersection of business and tech, driving commercial process development and end-to-end process optimization for the world’s leading producer of renewable fuels.\nMore about the job\nAs a Business Process Development Manager, you will play an impactful role at the intersection of business and tech, driving commercial process development and end-to-end process optimization for the world’s leading producer of renewable fuels.\n\nYour role in our team \n\nResponsible for business process development across multiple regions.\n\nAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for commercial business process development, supporting process optimization and leading end-to-end process design, documentation, automation, implementation and business deployment.\n\nLead process enhancements, continuous improvement initiatives and process development streams within larger business projects and process efficiency improvement programs.\n\nApply structured methodologies, utilize Key Performance Indicators/ Performance metrics and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and eliminate process deviations.\n\nCollaborate effectively with Business Process Owners, business developers, information and data architecture experts, process analysts, Commercial Operations, and various other stakeholders across business and IT (including AI/ML/RPA) to align requirements and implement solutions.\n\nDrive process excellence, promote best practices, process standards, and governance to continuously improve process efficiency, quality and process maturity.\n\nKeys to success in this role \n\nProcess Expertise: A proven track record and in-depth knowledge of commercial processes across sales operations, supply chain and order fulfillment.\n\nMethodology Proficiency: Experience in business process improvement utilizing Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.\n\nDevelopment & Change Leadership: A developer mindset with demonstrated experience driving process improvements, leading change management, and collaborating effectively across local teams and global regions. Project management experience is a plus.\n\nAnalytical & Documentation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in process documentation, workflow optimization, and translating complex operational bottlenecks into clear, actionable process development plans.\n\nIT & AI Solutions: Proven experience in bridging business and IT to translate business requirements into functional system requirements and high-quality business solutions.
