Collaboration is the key, and we believe in flexible, smart ways of working.\nMore about the job\nThe role of Maintenance E&I Engineer are.\nMaintaining, reviewing and updating (and/or development) of preventive maintenance plans, thereby ensuring legal compliance & compliance with Neste standards, and taking into account technical developments in the industry\nEnsure all required maintenance by own personnel and third parties is executed in time, resulting in successful certification of the instrumentation systems \nCreate and scope repair plans for execution of repairs\nAct as a liaison with project department in order to maintain the required integrity of equipment\nInitiate and lead improvement initiatives, monitor necessary tests in case needed\nEnsure documentation is up to date and local legislation is incorporated in the Neste Netherlands management system and maintenance system\nProvide training to e.g. operators and maintenance where needed\nParticipation in (or leading) Root Cause Analysis investigations or other troubleshooting activities into reliability problems of electrical systems (together with other disciplines, such as colleagues from the maintenance and operations departments), including definition of concrete improvement actions\nServing as the “go-to person” for maintenance planners, in case of questions on e.g. complex maintenance challenges. \nProposing (and developing) minor equipment changes (MOC) and providing input into projects for the area of discipline.\nContributing to keeping Neste (corporate) specifications up-to-date for the discipline area\nKeys to success in this role\nThe best combination of experiences, skills and background is\nBachelor/Master level or equivalent in electrical engineering or similar engineering degree\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in process industry (refinery, chemical plant)\nKnowledge of NEN, API, IEC, IEEE standards is an advantage; willingness to develop adequate understanding is a ‘must’\nGood communicating skills for communicating at various levels, from management level to operational level\nFlexible attitude and ability to handle changes related to the innovative nature of our business\nInterested in learning and developing new applications and skills, and the potential and interest to develop further in the next 3-5 years\nWillingness to work together\nA high safety, health, environmental and quality awareness\nAbility to speak and write in English; ability in Dutch is considered also as essential to be successful in this role\nLet’s get you started\nWondering whether we are a match or not?
