This is a temporary position until March 31, 2028.\nIn this role, you will be part of Neste Learning Hub and support the development and execution of our global learning & development initiatives. You will coordinate different training cohorts, serve as the first line of learning support for internal stakeholders, and act as a key learning platform user managing course creation, audience assignment, and content development. We also support leisure time activities, e.g. by offering benefits for sports and culture (ePassi).\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide operational, administrative, and platform support to ensure the seamless execution of Neste’s global learning and development initiatives.\n\nCoordinate the practical and logistical execution of group-level learning initiatives and training cohorts\n\nSupport in scheduling, virtual/classroom session coordination, participant enrolments, and communications with learners and facilitators.\n\nProvide responsive first-line learning support on general L&D queries, session bookings, and course access.\n\nActs as a key user of Neste’s learning platforms (LMS/LXP), assisting with course creation, audience assignment, and learning content maintenance.\n\nTrack participant feedback and assists with vendor coordination\n\nKeys to success in this role\nExperience in HRD and Learning & development matters preferable in a global organization (min. 2-3 years)\n\nApplicable University degree or other equivalent education\n\nExperience in coordinating training programs and different learning approaches\n\nStrong interest and practical experience working with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP; experience with Success Factor or similar is an advantage).\n\nUnderstanding on organisational learning and related pedagogical solutions\n\nHighly organized, systematic, and attentive to detail when coordinating multiple projects simultaneously\n\nExcellent verbal and written English and Finnish skills\n\nGreat collaboration skills, supportive team member and hands on attitude\n\nLet’s get you started\n\n We look forward to receiving your CV and application as soon as possible, but latest by November 22, 2026.
