We are looking for you, L&D Coordinator to join our Leadership, Learning and Talent Acquisition Team in the Group HR function in Espoo, Finland. This is a temporary position until March 31, 2028. In this role, you will be part of Neste Learning Hub and support the development and execution of our global learning & development initiatives. You will coordinate different training cohorts, serve as the first line of learning support for internal stakeholders, and act as a key learning platform user managing course creation, audience assignment, and content development.
