We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas.\nMore about the job\n\nYour role in our team\nProject Manager is accountable for overall delivery of assigned projects including following:\nManage the projects according to Neste operating model safely in compliance with agreed project scope, schedule, cost and quality.\nEnsuring resourcing and leading the projects engineering, procurement and construction team.\nTrack project's scope, schedule and costs, and lead change management process.\nMaintain a strategic focus for the project with frequent interaction with the stakeholders\nDriving for project management best practices and efficient communication in order to create seamless and goal oriented teamwork in projects and organization.\nEnsure that project execution shall fulfill requirements of law and authorities.\nMaintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements.\nReporting projects' status according to agreed principles.\nThe best combination to succeed in this role\n\nM.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in industrial project management and EPCM environment.\nPrevious experience from the process industry is preferred but not necessary.\nStrong leadership skills and experience in leading people in a matrix organization.\nExperienced in collaborating, influencing and engaging diverse, internal and external stakeholder groups.\nFor ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, fluent communication skills in English and Finnish (verbal and written)\nOther strengths we value\n\nProject Management studies and certifications such as PMP or IPMA.\nUnderstanding of contract administration, business principles and business law.\nLet’s get you started\n\n We look forward to receiving your CV and application by October 11th, 2026.
