You will lead the implementation of new development, tools, systems and improved way of working on your location.\nYour role in our team\nLead and facilitate the planning process, compile basis of schedule of all type of investment projects, communicate the schedule status and provide the analysis to project management and portfolio management\n\nProactively identify opportunities and lead initiatives to advance our Project Controls maturity through new systems, processes, and technologies.\n\nDrive Implementation: Manage and coordinate project planning development projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption in close cooperation with Major Investment Projects, Investment Project Portfolios and discipline team leads, as well as the PC team members and Planning team line management.\n\nLead the implementation of global PC standards and best practices (cost, schedule, change management) to ensure consistency and data integrity.\n\nCapability to work as a planning manager in our Major Investment Projects.\n\nSet up the project and portfolio schedule development and control, as well as progress reporting in all types of projects independently\n\nCalculate the project progress, execute forecasting, review the status with project management and update the schedule for future works\n\nThe best combination to succeed in this role\nDemonstrated experience (5+ years) within Project Controls disciplines (project planning). Proven competence in managing project planning processes for major capital projects.\n\nStrong focus on future oriented project delivery skills, developing new ways of working and driving project schedule should be in the core\n\nAbility to prepare project schedule of all levels for all phases of investment projects and able to identify bottle necks in the projects analyzing the schedule and advising the project team accordingly\n\nExcellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills in English (mandatory), Finnish language is an advantage\n\nWorking (Strong) knowledge of scheduling tools is mandatory for this position (i.e. Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
