We work at the office at least three days a week to ensure seamless teamwork and a sense of belonging.\n\nMore about the job\nYour role in our team / in creating a sustainable future\nReliability & Availability\nResponsible for implementing the Asset Integrity framework for the site and ensuring relevant equipment compliance to local statutory requirement\nLead refinery-wide inspection and integrity management programs.\nResponsible for upkeep Reliability Risk Register for Piping/static equipment, ensure risk ranking are updated\nDevelop and implement long-term Asset Master Plans (AMP) for static asset aligned with refinery business objectives\nDrive reliability improvement initiatives through proactive identification and mitigation of equipment degradation mechanisms.\nEnsure RBI recommendations are effectively implemented and tracked.\nTA Execution & Technical Support\nProvide technical recommendations & advise based on ASME codes and standards\nLead the right TA/Shutdown inspection and maintenance work scope with relevant justification\nConduct post-turnaround integrity reviews.\nContinuous Improvement\nInitiate and raise Management of Change (MOC) for proposed improvement of piping/equipment \nInitiate CAPEX project and go through project approval process with development team from feasibility study until implementation stage \nAccountable for timely closure of NCR and MOC\nConduct and lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures\nAs a bad actor champion for site's \"Bad Actor\" program, identifying, analyzing and eliminating bad actor static equipment\nKeys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role\n\nDegree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering\nAt least 10 years experience in Refinery and Petrochemical process technical environment. Prior Experience in Asset Integrity, TAs, Projects and Maintenance execution and Risk-based inspection is essential.\nUnderstand Operations, Maintenance and Engineering practices. Familiar with corrosion failure mechanisms in the refinery.\nKnowledgeable with petrochemical codes and standards such as ASME, API, NACE and various NDE methods.\nHaving relevant certifications in API 510, 570, 653, AWS CWI/CSWIP is an advantage\nRelevant inspection skill - i.e. inspection methodologies & NDT, welding, corrosion management, RBI methodology, materials science knowledge.\nCompetency in analysing trends and patterns, problem solving capability (knowledge in RCA),\nKnowledge in CMMS systems\nGood communication skills and internal / external stakeholder management\nCompetency in reviewing and approving material selection for modifications, upgrades, or new projects to mitigate recurring corrosion or mechanical failures. \nExperience in developing RBI, equipment strategy in refinery\nOther strengths we value\nStrong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, while promoting a culture of teamwork.\nStrong work ethic with a positive attitude, and the ability to make timely decisions through sound analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Plant Operations and other Engineering disciplines.\nLet’s get you started\n We look forward to receiving your CV and application (with a salary request) by 30th Aug 2026.\nWe will do our best to contact you within 2 weeks after the application time has ended.
