This role oversees intercompany accounting, banking operations, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations, and related accounting activities while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting and financial reporting.\nThe Manager leads and develops the Accounting Operations team, resolves complex accounting matters, and drives standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the function. Partnering closely with Corporate Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, auditors, and business teams, this role strengthens governance, internal controls, close execution, audit readiness, systems, and scalable standalone capabilities. Through strong cross-functional leadership and talent development, the Manager helps reduce financial risk, improve operational effectiveness, and build a high-performing Accounting Operations function positioned for long-term success.\nKey Responsibilities :\nLead end-to-end accounting operations across intercompany transactions, banking, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations, and other assigned general accounting areas.\n\nManage month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution.Monitor compliance with the Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) with Nestlé, ensuring requirements and obligations are effectively managed.\n\nOwn balance sheet integrity, ensuring journal entries, reconciliations, settlements, eliminations, and reporting schedules are accurate, complete, and delivered within monthly, quarterly, and annual close timelines.\n\nOversee intercompany receivables and payables, loans, interest, royalties, allocations, confirmations, settlements, and eliminations, while proactively resolving aged balances and discrepancies.\n\nOversee bank reconciliations and the resolution of outstanding items and control exceptions, partnering with Treasury on cash reporting, bank governance, access, payments, and banking transitions.\n\nOversee fixed asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with capitalization and accounting policies.\n\nStrengthen accounting policies, procedures, controls, and documentation to support audit readiness, compliance, and effective shared service performance.\n\nBuild strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Audit, and business teams.Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting Operations team by establishing clear priorities, providing timely feedback, and strengthening technical, analytical, digital, and business-partnering capabilities.\n\nChampion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, agility, and adaptability, guiding through business transformation, process simplification, and digital innovation while influencing stakeholders to embrace new technologies, streamlined processes, and evolving business priorities.\nExperience & Education Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred.\n\n8-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including experience in accounting operations, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, banking, fixed assets, and/or balance sheet reconciliations.\n\n3+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or comparable team leadership experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting and eliminations, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit requirements.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex financial close activities, resolve high-risk accounting matters, and oversee shared service, outsourced, and/or offshore teams.\n\nExperience with SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP systems, as well as consolidation, reconciliation, workflow, and/or financial close tools.\n\nExperience leading or supporting finance system implementations, automation, data migrations, testing, and digital transformation initiatives.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, robotic process automation (RPA), or comparable tools preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and sound business judgment.\n\nProven ability to lead effectively in a transformational environment, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and strategic leadership while driving change, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results amid evolving business priorities.\nSalary: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
