You will provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates alike, communicating regularly and providing updates.\nJob Responsibilities:\nDevelops and/or executes tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting objectives.\nConducts or participates in strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, interview set-up and offer process.\nRecruits candidates for designated jobs through existing databases, internet search engines, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards, and social media.\nReview and/or screen resumes and phone interview candidates as needed.\nProvides exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.\nUse data to present to hiring managers when building recruiting strategies.\nBuild and utilize Talent Pipelines\nEnsures OFCCP and EEOC requirements are met by the recruiting process through a thorough understanding of employment law and regulations.\nParticipates in project work and assignments as required.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience\nOR\nHigh School Diploma and 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience\nOther:\n1+ years’ experience recruiting (assessment/ interviewing) or sourcing candidates preferred\n1+ years conducting business, project related, or competitive intelligence research preferred\nThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $33.00/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
