This role ensures flawless execution of content adaptation while providing creative recommendations aligned with brand and campaign objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Delivery Management\nPartner with the Project Manager to review and validate project feasibility based on business inputs.\n\nGather additional production details (e.g., visual references, creative pegs) when required.\n\nEnsure timely execution of projects and adherence to agreed delivery timelines.\n\nProactively communicate delivery risks and negotiate deadlines with requestors when needed.\n\nContent Adaptation & Execution\nAdapt images, videos, HTML5 banners, POSM, basic 3D artwork, and animated assets according to briefs and brand guidelines.\n\nExecute editing, retouching, resizing, formatting, and contextual adaptation across channels.\n\nVisualize and interpret briefs to deliver engaging and effective content adaptations.\n\nProvide creative recommendations to enhance adapted content while respecting brand consistency.\n\nQuality Control & Governance\nPerform thorough quality checks against briefs, guidelines, and technical specifications.\n\nEnsure all deliverables are error-free and meet final production standards for print, web, social media, and eCommerce platforms.\n\nMaintain proper documentation and organization of project files and assets.\n\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nCollaborate closely with Content Graphic Producers, Content Project Manager Specialists, eCommerce Specialists, Content Services Librarians, and eContent Account teams.\n\nConduct Service Quality Score surveys at the end of each project or campaign.\n\nAnalyze production and process issues to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nLiaise with the Content Services Supervisor to implement quality and efficiency improvement plans.\n\nKey Skills & Competencies\nAbility to quickly understand brand positioning through Brand Guidelines\n\nStrong planning skills with a focus on quality deliverables\n\nSolid understanding of design terminology, technical requirements, and asset compatibility\n\nCreative and innovative production mindset\n\nStrong conceptual and visual design skills\n\nInterest in communication, advertising, and brand storytelling\n\nGood understanding of Digital, ATL, and BTL advertising assets\n\nExcellent organization of files, folders, layers, and design elements\n\nKnowledge of final production requirements (print, web, social media, eCommerce)\n\nAbility to manage priorities and deliver against tight deadlines\n\nCapacity to handle workload peaks and volume surges effectively\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\nSoftware & Tools\nProject Management / Workflow Tools:\nContent Hub or similar platforms\n\nDesign & Production Tools:\nAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)\n\nHTML5 editing tools\n\nBasic 3D software\n\nAutomation and workflow tools (basic knowledge)\n\nExperience Requirements\n1-2 years of experience coordinating content production activities\n\nProven hands-on experience in:\nGraphic design and layout production\n\nVideo editing and animation\n\nVisual content adaptation for digital and eCommerce platforms\n\nBasic HTML5 coding and adaptation capabilities\n\nProfessional experience in content and eContent production\n\nFMCG industry experience is highly preferred\n\nPosition Summary\nThe Content Adaptation Specialist is a key member of the Content Services Adaptation team, responsible for adapting in-scope adaptation and complex design projects.
