In this role, you will oversee PLC upgrades and wiring modifications on production equipment, and work directly with our maintenance team to troubleshoot and support production line modifications.\nConfigure, program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controls (PLC). \nPerform preventive maintenance for controls and organize electrical/control parts inventory.\nDevelop, read, and interpret all electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and programs essential to plant operation.\nComply with all required safety protocols during maintenance support including 70E protocols.\nPerforms all electrical work necessary for repairs, alterations, additions, and revisions to the plant electrical system.\nProvide instrumentation, PLC and HMI/SCADA software and hardware support to plant maintenance staff.\nProvide on-call support to the factory in troubleshooting controls issues.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\n3+ years of applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or HMI systems in controls, automation, electrical, or industrial maintenance environments\nOR\nAssociate's degree in a technical discipline\n1+ years of applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or HMI systems in controls, automation, electrical, or industrial maintenance environments\nSalary: $72,483.30 to $97,176.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
