Come prepared to solve problems and communicate with other departments.\nAct as the primary contact for internal and external customer service inquiries\nManage Customer samples/project needs and serve as a liaison between customers and laboratory personnel\nPrioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing\nAssist customers in obtaining analytical data\nReceiving submitted samples and service requests\nEnsure adherence to safety protocols\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of equivalent professional experience\n2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role\nOther\nBachelor’s degree specifically in a scientific or related field is preferred\n1+ years of professional or academic experience in a science or laboratory related field is preferred\nMust be willing to work Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM\nDon’t meet all the qualifications listed under “other”?
