This role plays an important part in safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the facility.\nPAY:\nPay: starting at $27.00/hr and up to $43.22/hr *based on experience*\nNestlé Quarterly Bonus Structure\nSHIFT / SCHEDULE DETAILS:\n Shift: This is a 12 hour shift; 5:00am to 5:30pmOperating on a 2-2-3 schedule (Must be able to work everyother Friday, Saturday and Sunday)\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including controls, drives, PLCs, and safety devices\nImprove equipment performance through control and program updates\nSupport mechanics and operators with electrical diagnostics and repairs\nConduct inspections, testing, and calibration of electrical and instrumentation systems\nUpdate electrical schematics and documentation to reflect changes\nSupport installation and startup of new equipment and facility upgrades\nParticipate in shutdowns, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement efforts\nFollow all safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements at all times\nREQUIREMENTS:\n2 - 3 years of industrial electrical or automation experience, preferably in a food or consumer goods manufacturing environment\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent\nState Electrician License, ISA CCST Level 1 Certification, or equivalent\nAbility to read and understand English for safety procedures, work instructions, and documenting maintenance activities clearly\nPhysical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Able to lift up to 50 lbs, move throughout your shift, varying temperatures, and work safely in loud areas and confined spaces\nAbility to work off-shifts, weekends, overtime, and extended shifts as needed\nSKILLS:\nStrong troubleshooting skills with electrical distribution, controls, and automation systems\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation\nComfortable working with industrial controls, drives, HMIs, and safety systems\nReliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused\nTeam-oriented with clear communication and a continuous learning mindset\nAdditional experience with PLC programming or industrial automation preferred\nPay: $27.00 - $43.22 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
