Additional compensation as follows:\nShift Differentials; 2nd shift ($0.25/hr) and 3rd shift ($0.30/hr)\n\nNestle Quarterly Bonus\n\nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 30 days of employment\n\nShift Details\n2nd shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm (Monday - Friday)\n3rd shift: 10pm to 6:30am (Monday - Friday & Sunday - Thursday)\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform startup activities, review work orders and preventive maintenance assignments, and prepare tools and materials for daily operations.\n\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and control system issues on manufacturing equipment.\n\nExecute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.\n\nUtilize SAP, Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO), and related systems to document work, enter labor time, manage notifications, and track maintenance activities.\n\nParticipate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, reliability, and production performance.\n\nCoach equipment operators on technical adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting techniques.\n\nMaintain accurate maintenance documentation, procedures, spare parts information, and engineering drawing updates.\n\nMaintain housekeeping standards and a safe work environment.\n\nProvide effective shift-to-shift communication and ensure all work is documented according to company procedures.\n\nQualifications & Education\nHigh School Diploma or GED required. Additional technical education, trade certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent specialized maintenance training preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum one year of related industrial maintenance experience required. Three or more years of journeyman-level experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment preferred.\nRequired Skills\nComplex manufacturing equipment maintenance\nHydraulic and pneumatic systems\nMechanical drive systems and packaging equipment\nElectrical troubleshooting and motor control circuits\nBasic PLC, automation, and safety circuit troubleshooting\nInstrumentation and field devices\nWelding, fabrication, and basic machining\nBlueprint and P&ID interpretation\nComputer proficiency and CMMS/SAP experience\nAttention to detail and self-directed work habits\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nThis position requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, electrical systems, noise, temperature variations, dust, and other industrial conditions. The role requires standing, walking, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday.
