The Electromechanical Technician performs preventive and predictive maintenance, improves equipment reliability, supports production performance, develops operator capabilities, and ensures compliance with Nestlé safety, quality, and operational standards. This position is considered safety-sensitive under applicable regulations.\nCompensation\nThis role has a starting wage of $35.55/hr. Additional compensation as follows:\nShift Differential for 3rd shift: $1.50/hr\nNestle Quarterly Bonus \nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 30 days of employment \nShift Details:\n3rd shift: 7:00PM to 5:00AM Sunday to Wednesday)\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform startup activities, review work orders and preventive maintenance assignments, and prepare tools and materials for daily operations. \nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and control system issues on manufacturing equipment. \nExecute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime. \nUtilize SAP, Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO), and related systems to document work, enter labor time, manage notifications, and track maintenance activities. \nParticipate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, reliability, and production performance. \nCoach equipment operators on technical adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting techniques. \nMaintain accurate maintenance documentation, procedures, spare parts information, and engineering drawing updates. \nMaintain housekeeping standards and a safe work environment. \nProvide effective shift-to-shift communication and ensure all work is documented according to company procedures. \n\nQualifications & Education\nHigh School Diploma or GED required. Additional technical education, trade certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent specialized maintenance training preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum one year of related industrial maintenance experience required. The role requires standing, walking, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday.
