As Factory Controller, you are the trusted finance co-pilot of the Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Team. You connect financial insight with operational reality, bring clarity to complex decisions and help the factory improve its performance today while making well-informed choices for the long term.\nAs Factory Controller you have the following responsibilities:\nAct as the strategic finance partner to the Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Team, providing clear financial insights and supporting day-to-day and long-term business decisions; \ndrive factory cost performance by challenging assumptions, identifying and validating savings opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives; \nlead the factory’s budgeting, forecasting and business-planning processes, creating transparency and accountability around financial targets; \nensure timely and accurate financial reporting and period-end closing in line with Nestlé Accounting Standards; \nmaintain strong governance and internal controls, ensure audit readiness and compliance with relevant requirements, and lead the financial evaluation of CAPEX projects and investment proposals; \nlead, coach and develop the factory finance team while improving financial understanding, processes, systems, reporting, data quality and digital capabilities across the factory.\n\nAs Factory Controller you report to the Factory Manager, and you are part of the Factory Leadership Team of Nestlé Netherlands in Nunspeet.\nWhat we are looking for in our Factory Controller\nA relevant university-level master’s degree; \napproximately 10 to 15 years of relevant Finance experience; \nstrong experience in factory costing and business controlling, preferably in a complex manufacturing or FMCG environment; \nadvanced financial analysis skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets; \nstrong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, compliance, budgeting and forecasting; \nleadership and coaching experience, combined with proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4HANA and professional fluency in English.\nThe job offers more than just a challenge\nThe position category and the position pay level are fully dependent on the job requirements in terms of experience and competencies.
