In this role you will be responsible for establishing and leading governance frameworks that ensure commercial investments deliver measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes while ensuring robust controls, compliance, and continuous performance improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nGovernance & Performance Management\nLead governance frameworks, policies, and operating processes that support business performance and accountability.\nEstablish and manage KPI architectures, scorecards, and performance reporting connected to the delivery of expected financial results.\nEnsure consistent execution of governance standards, controls, and compliance requirements.\nProvide insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes, operational efficiencies and investment effectiveness.\nFinancial Stewardship & Value Realization\nEvaluate the financial impact and return on commercial investments and strategic initiatives.\nLead budgeting, forecasting, accrual management, and performance tracking.\nQuantify realized versus planned benefits and identify opportunities to improve results.\nDeliver clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.\nData, Analytics & Controls\nMaintain governance of performance metrics, measurement methodologies, and reporting processes.\nEnsure data integrity across multiple business systems and data sources.\nSupport internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance monitoring.\nDrive adoption of analytical tools and reporting capabilities that enhance decision-making.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner with Commercial, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Operations teams to align priorities and drive results.\nInfluence stakeholders through data-driven insights and objective recommendations.\nLead communication, change management, and capability-building efforts related to governance and performance management.\nRisk Management\nIdentify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.\nMonitor business performance to proactively address gaps and emerging issues.\nEscalate governance exceptions and recommend corrective actions when needed.\nQualifications\nExperience\n7+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Strategy, Performance Management, or related fields.\nDemonstrated experience managing commercial investments, financial controls, governance processes, or performance management programs.\nStrong track record of translating business initiatives into measurable financial outcomes.\nExperience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.\nTechnical Skills\nFinancial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case evaluation.\nForecasting, budgeting, and accrual management.\nKPI development, performance reporting, and data governance.\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Excel, and reporting tools.\nLeadership Characteristics\nStrong financial stewardship and business acumen.\nAnalytical and data-driven decision-making.\nAbility to balance governance, accountability, and operational execution.\nInfluential communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders.\nCollaborative leader who drives alignment and continuous improvement across functions.\nSalary: $125,535.15 to $172,831.20 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
