This position ensures accurate inventory rotation, proper storage practices, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining smooth and efficient warehouse operations.\nCompensation\n$23.21/hr\nOvertime as need\nQuarterly Bonus Structure\nShift Details\n1st shift Opening4:00AM to 1:00PM\n\n3rd shift Opening8:30PM to 5:00AM\n\n Overtime will be available and at times can be Mandatory. Seeking individuals who want 40 PLUS hours a week!\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain accurate FEFO (First Expiration, First Out) staging to ensure proper rotation of all expiration-dated materials.\nRead and interpret production schedules, customer orders, and work orders to determine material movement needs.\nTransport and distribute materials from receiving or production to designated storage locations.\nSort and organize materials based on size, type, or product code.\nSupport proper inventory management, including perishable goods storage and accurate staging.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or damage immediately.\nContribute to quality and efficiency improvements within the warehouse environment.\nRequired Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nMinimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience.\nSkills & Qualifications\nForklift certification from Nation Pizza and Foods required within 48 hours of employment.\nPreferred: Prior stand-up forklift experience, barcoding knowledge, and experience with automated data collection systems.\nAbility to work overtime, irregular schedules, or rotating shifts.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.\nBasic math skills, ability to perform simple statistical calculations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\nPhysical Demands\nFrequent use of hands for handling materials, tools, and equipment.\nOccasional sitting; reaching; climbing; balancing; stooping; kneeling; crouching; crawling; or smelling.\nAbility to lift and/or move over 50 pounds occasionally.\nVision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, plus depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.\nWork Environment\nModerate noise levels are typical of warehouse settings.\nOccasional exposure to airborne particles.\nExposure to extreme temperatures ranging from below 0°F to above 90°F depending on work area.\nPay: $23.21 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
