All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nAs a Warehouse Operator II, you’ll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You’ll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love - safely and efficiently.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPick, pack, and stage materials for shipment \nOperate material handling equipment safely (stand up hi-lo and pallet jack)\n\nUtilize handheld scanner\nLoad and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation\n\nPerform cycle counts and update inventory systems\n\nOrganize and label warehouse storage areas\n\nInspect equipment and report maintenance needs\n\nCollaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow\n\nFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\n\n1+ years of experience in warehouse operations\n\nAbility to obtain forklift certification\n\nProven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment\n\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift\n\nFlexible to work overtime based on business needs\n\nSKILLS:\nComfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems\n\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)\n\nAble to read, write, and understand English\n\nStrong organization and time management\n\nTeam-oriented and dependable\n\nThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.15*.
