The role focuses on business support, process optimization, data governance, and the successful delivery of Supply Chain digital transformation initiatives.\nA DAY IN THE LIFE\nAct as the functional expert and primary contact between Supply Chain Physical Operations and IT teams.\nGather business requirements and translate operational needs into system enhancements and digital solutions.\nSupport the lifecycle of logistics applications, including SAP, SAP TM, CARGOO and Transporeon, through implementations, upgrades and continuous improvements.\nExecute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new functionalities before deployment.\nProvide first-line functional support and troubleshoot system and process issues in collaboration with IT teams.\nMaintain customer master data and support data governance initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability.\nSupport key logistics processes including order management, shipment execution, invoicing, returns, credit/debit notes and document management.\nMonitor invoice posting activities and resolve system exceptions to ensure smooth month-end closing.\nDevelop and maintain reports and analytics that support logistics performance and business decision-making.\nDrive automation, AI adoption and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.\nContribute to strategic Supply Chain digital transformation projects and ensure successful implementation of new solutions.\nWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL\nUniversity degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations within an international environment.\nStrong knowledge of SAP and logistics-related systems, including master data, transactional processes and reporting.\nExperience translating business requirements into system or IT solutions.\nAbility to troubleshoot system and process issues, identify root causes and drive resolution.\nStrong analytical mindset with a focus on simplification, continuous improvement and automation.\nHigh attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and governance.\nExcellent prioritization, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence and collaborate effectively across business and IT teams in a complex international environment.\nFluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nHere at Nestlé we care about our Talents and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
