You’ll lead by example, support your team, and take ownership of complex tasks to keep production running safely and smoothly. Your work helps us do what we do best: care deeply, deliver consistently, and grow together.\nThis role will support our Mogul Department.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead daily operations and manage the department in the absence of a supervisor or manager\n\nAssign tasks and support team members to meet production goals\n\nOperate, set up, clean, and adjust machinery independently and with a team\n\nMonitor and control process parameters to ensure accuracy and traceability\n\nPerform quality checks and in-process inspections\n\nComplete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets\n\nTrain and mentor colleagues on procedures, safety, and equipment\n\nIdentify and escalate issues to supervisors when needed\n\nSupport overflow tasks and assist across departments\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area\n\nAdhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nPrior machine operator experience required\n\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\n\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred\n\nComfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools\n\nAble to read, write, and understand English\n\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, climb, and move throughout your shift\n\nFlexible to work overtime based on business needs\n\nSKILLS:\nOrganized with strong attention to detail\n\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)\n\nTeam oriented and committed to fostering a positive work environment\n\nKnowledge of quality assurance protocols\n\nComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens\n\nFamiliarity with tools and equipment including maintenance tools, packaging and processing machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, and pressurized equipment\n\nPay: $23.50 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
