As one of the largest manufacturers in the region, we ship countless truckloads and railcars of beloved brands like Fancy Feast®, Friskies®, and Pro Plan®. Beyond our mass production, our Jefferson factory proudly donates 1.2 million cans of food annually, supporting over 40 animal shelters and organizations. Our factory is also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Join us in Jefferson, where we work together to make a difference in the lives of pets and our community.\nAs a Maintenance Coordinator, you will maintain the storeroom functions as it pertains to issuing spare parts and tools, receiving parts, and maintaining and administering inventories with the SAP system. You will be responsible for receiving any necessary parts, equipment, and supplies to support the Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and Processing areas of the plant.\nResponsible for storeroom inventory and enabling the maintenance department to perform their functions promptly and efficiently\nIssue parts from the storeroom\nProcess purchase and work orders and deliver to Accounting department\nMaintain continuous inventory records of all parts transaction and work with Maintenance Leadership Team to remove inactive parts, overstocks, and parts associated with equipment no longer in use\nOperate department computer system, including inventory material receipts, data entry and retrieval, updates, descriptions, credit returns, and routine issue of parts in inventory\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent\n1+ years’ experience with inventory management and/or receiving in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment\nSalary: $50,957.10 to $75,999.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
