This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting facility operations to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency.\nCompensation\n$32.26/hr\nFull Benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental and Vision)\n401K with match\nAccess to the Nestle Store\nShift\n2nd shift; 2:00PM to 10:00PM Monday - Friday; overtime as needed\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform preventive maintenance on operational and facility equipment.\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.\nConduct inspections of critical equipment.\nSupport equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate contractor activities and maintain maintenance documentation.\nManage work orders and maintenance priorities.\nSupport facility maintenance and other duties as assigned.\nRequirements and Minimum Education\nTwo year Technical Degree in Maintenance related areas such as Maintenance Technical/Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, or equivalent experience preferred\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nRequired Skills\nBasic command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)\nBasic math, including counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication\nBasic computer knowledge and use\nAbility to communicate and function in a team environment • Ability to troubleshoot basic problems and take appropriate action\nStrong Mechanical and Electrical skills\nSeveral years of troubleshooting motorized mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic control systems preferred\nExperience with component removal and reinstallation of parts\nFamiliar with battery maintenance and hydra-handler operational (battery changer) system\nExperience working in a service group that handles a variety of customers\nExperience supervising contractors\nAbility to be self-managed, scheduling and performing work unsupervised\nReliable, motivated, dedicated, and committed\nMust demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset • Good communication skills with Team Members, other mechanics, and resources\nAbility to analyze data and make decisions/recommendations based on analysis\nAbility and willingness to operate and support a positive Nestlé culture and follow established values\nDetail-oriented individual who accurately records information\nAbility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed • Ability to work overtime as needed\nHas positive conflict management skills\nAbility to work independently and with minimal supervision\nMotivated to personally develop and improve\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks\nPay: $32.26 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
