Our supportive and collaborative environment encourages bold ambitions and continuous learning so that everyone can grow and thrive.\nThis position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.\nUnder the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor, this position will organize and plan all aspects of the maintenance department’s jobs pertaining to work orders and preventive maintenance for a given group of crafts, equipment, and/or areas of the plant.\nJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate repairs, services, and overhauls of equipment for business unit.\nAssist in the management of the MRO budget for the business unit, including reports, and manage relationships with internal and external customers.\nOrganize and plan all aspects of maintenance department jobs for a given group of crafts (mechanical, electrical, welding, etc.).\nReview work at job sites, develop bill of materials, and submit requests for ordering parts.\nPrepare and analyze periodic reports relating to performance of: backlog of written work orders, routine operating tasks, and preventive maintenance programs.\nEnter and implement new PMs into the maintenance CMMS system (SAP).\nAssign PMs, write and distribute work orders, and run reports of completed PMs and work orders.\nAssist in the preparation of equipment history as requested to assist in failure analysis vs. lines effectiveness. (OEE/WEV reports)\nSupport planning labor hours regarding safety work orders and work orders related to sanitation as well as QCMS & QCDSM initiatives.\nMaximize equipment reliability, minimize the potential for production interruptions, and minimize the total cost of parts procurement.\nAssist the department in equipment history reporting and support failure analysis vs. lines effectiveness reports to identify where re-evaluation of PMs needs to take place.\nAssure timely completion of jobs, delivery of goods, and meeting budget requirements.\nPlan work orders.\nWork with maintenance and production management and individual maintenance associates to plan and schedule work.\nVisit job sites if necessary.\nDevelop Bill of Material (B.O.M.).\nEstimate total work costs (parts and labor).\nPrepare sketches/drawings as required.\nFacilitate part requests from maintenance associates.\nImprove efficiencies of planning functions.\nAnalyze job performance measures for continued improvement. (KPI’s)\nProvide documented analysis of breakdown reports.\nUse breakdown reports to recommend and implement corrective action, preventive/predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain and improve the existing preventive maintenance program.\nWork with maintenance and production management, individual maintenance associates, and production associates to develop a detailed preventive maintenance program for all equipment.\nMaintain, improve, and overhaul programs for assigned equipment.\nDocument activities of the maintenance departments and report maintenance status to production, quality, and sanitation departments.\nPerform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.\nCompile reports and work orders related to safety and sanitation.\nParticipate on process improvement teams and promote teamwork.\nEvaluate new or proposed equipment.\nAssist in the preparation of equipment history as requested to support failure analysis vs. lines effectiveness. (OEE/WEV reports)\nDirect activities of contractors as needed.\nTeco’s finally confirmed orders daily/weekly in SAP system.\nAssist in the proper facilitation/documentation of transferred/disposed assets in the property system for business unit.\nEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School or GED required.\nEXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS\nBasic mechanical as well as electrical background.\nAble to organize, plan, and schedule jobs appropriately.\nStrong knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP); 3-5 years desired.\nAdvanced education or equivalent maintenance experience to possess technical literacy/comprehension.\nStrong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills to communicate with all levels of management and plant personnel.\nStrong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nCustomer focus and understanding of Total Quality Management philosophies to facilitate change and continuous improvement initiatives.\nNegotiation skills, ability to influence, and persuasion skills.\nAnalytical skills, decision-making skills, and problem-solving ability to apply problem-solving techniques and execute plans effectively.\nOrganizational skills to work under pressure and autonomously, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as business needs dictate.\nSalary: $51,493.50 to $78,100.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
