You will be responsible for coaching, training and developing your team members all while executing daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance and repair work. You will also lead your team in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce bottlenecks, optimize efficiency and continuously improve operations in the plant.\nPlan maintenance and provide technical guidance, coaching, training and support to ASRS team members\nAssign and schedule daily work orders and ensure technicians have proper tools and instructions needed to complete tasks in accordance with Nestlé Purina standards of excellence\nUtilize breakdown analysis to drive continuous improvement\nValidate integrity of maintenance data and communication provided by team members across all shifts\nCoordinate maintenance projects with cross-functional teams in the factory and external contractors and vendors\nDevelop strategies with the Maintenance Manager, Supervisors and Planners for efficient operation of the department, including utilization of resource planning systems, inventory management, implementation of projects and budget considerations\nManage team schedule, time off requests, payroll approval, evaluations, discipline and development\nPromote safe work practices through modeling, training, observation and corrective action\nREQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\n1+ year of people leadership experience\n3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment\nSalary: $84,885.30 to $127,156.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
