You’ll troubleshoot issues, assist with repairs, and help keep systems running safely and efficiently. This intermediate-level role is ideal for someone building their technical skills and growing into more advanced responsibilities.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs across production and facility equipment\n\nTroubleshoot and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems\n\nSupport equipment changeovers and line adjustments\n\nClean, lubricate, and inspect machinery for wear or damage\n\nMonitor and maintain plant systems (boilers, compressors, HVAC, etc.)\n\nUse manuals, drawings, and technical resources to diagnose issues\n\nAssist with emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance\n\nCollaborate with teams to solve problems and improve performance\n\nFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum of 600 hours on Nestle machinery and equipment required\nHigh school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred\n\n2+ years of maintenance experience, including manufacturing\n\nMechanical/electrical trade background preferred\n\nWorking knowledge of CMMS preferred\n\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift\n\nComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens\n\nFlexible to work overtime based on business needs\n\nSKILLS:\nComfortable using CMMS and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word)\n\nStrong attention to detail and organization\n\nBasic math and reading skills\n\nAble to read blueprints and create rough sketches\n\nSkilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment\n\nBasic electrical knowledge and use of test meters\n\nTeam-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn\n\nAble to adapt to changing tasks and environments\n\nPay: $29.00 - $30.50 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
