This role has a $5,000 sign on bonus\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:\nSchedule: 2nd shift: 2PM to 10PM (Monday through Friday)\n3rd shift: 10PM to 6AM (Monday through Friday)\n\nStarting hourly pay of $32.90/hr 2nd shift differential - $1.50/hr\n3rd shift differential - $3.00/hr \n\nQuarterly Bonus Incentives\nComprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment\nThree weeks of paid time off in your first year and 11 paid holidays\nWHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:\nMaintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot complex processes, high speed packaging machinery, and other manufacturing equipment\nRepair and use of material handling equipment including manual pallet jacks, battery operated pallet jacks, stand up and sit-down trucks, scissors lifts, boom type man-lifts, & equipment / component hoists\nRead and interpret blueprints, process and instrumentation diagrams, flow diagrams, and machinery manuals to diagnose problems, identify components, and verify proper equipment operation\nLayout, plan, measure, and execute tasks to support maintenance efforts\nUtilize power & hand tools properly and safely support work activities\nExecute and electronically report scheduled PMs & work orders in SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) within allocated windows and following written standards to maintain manufacturing equipment reliability\nInstalling new equipment as necessary\nClean tools, parts and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance\nProvide technical expertise to train and support production and create an environment of continuous learning\nActively participate/lead root cause analysis (BDA) and other site continuous improvement initiatives (TPM driven)\nDevelop and improve Maintenance plans\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems\nModify and upgrade manufacturing equipment as required\nPerform strategic preventative maintenance\nContinuous improvement of maintenance systems and practices\nEDUCATION:\nHigh school Diploma or GED is preferred\n2-year Technical Degree in Maintenance field such as Industrial Maintenance or Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance, OR related area of study, OR Journeyman Certification is preferred\nEXPERIENCE:\n3 Years of prior experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic OR \n2-year Technical Degree in Maintenance field such as Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance or related area of study\n1 year of prior experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic \nExperience must include diagnostic troubleshooting, repairing and replacing defective parts, adjusting machinery, and modifying units to meet proper operating specifications.\nPay: $32.90 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
