You will help teams detect service degradation earlier, investigate incidents faster, identify root causes, and reduce customer and business impact.\n\nWorking closely with application owners, operations, platform teams, Enterprise Architecture, security, and external partners, you will onboard services into the observability platform, validate instrumentation coverage, develop dashboards and actionable alerts, troubleshoot telemetry pipelines, and support production incident investigations.\n\nThe role requires a strong hands-on mindset. You will implement solutions directly, lead technical evaluations and Proofs of Concept, and translate business and operational requirements into measurable observability outcomes.\n\nKnowledge of observability architecture is a strong advantage. You may contribute to target architecture, platform integration patterns, telemetry standards, application onboarding models, security and data-governance requirements, scalability, resilience, and cost optimization. You will also support architecture reviews and help ensure solutions are aligned with OpenTelemetry and other relevant industry standards.\n\nYou will stay current with emerging observability practices and technologies, including AIOps, AI-assisted investigation, automation, and Agentic AI, evaluating them based on practical value, operational readiness, governance, and cost.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nMaintain, run, and continuously improve our monitoring infrastructure.\nSetup new monitoring capabilities for the existing/new infrastructure and applications (dashboards, alerts, metrics…)\nEnsure the stability of the mission-critical systems by setting up alerts, notification, and auto-remediation.\nSetup event-driven automation based on events from monitoring systems.\nCollaborate with an international, self-responsible and agile team who is working with the newest toolset.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum five years of experience in observability, application performance monitoring or production operations.\nStrong hands-on experience implementing, configuring and operating Dynatrace in complex enterprise environments.\nProven experience with:\nDynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate deployment and troubleshooting.\nApplication, infrastructure and service monitoring.\nDistributed tracing and end-to-end transaction visibility.\nDynatrace Query Language and Grail.\nDavis AI, anomaly detection and root-cause analysis.\nSmartscape, service dependencies and topology mapping.\nReal User Monitoring and Synthetic Monitoring.\nDashboards, alerts, workflows and management zones.\nExperience onboarding applications into Dynatrace and validating instrumentation coverage.\nExperience troubleshooting performance and availability issues across applications, infrastructure, databases and networks.\nWorking knowledge of OpenTelemetry and its integration with Dynatrace.\nExperience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes and at least one major cloud platform. \nPreferred certification: Dynatrace Certified Associate or Dynatrace Certified Professional.\nExperience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM, incident-management and DevOps tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira or CI/CD pipelines.\nProven experience leading technical evaluations, PoCs and production deployments. \nExtra Skills That Set You Apart:\nExperience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.\nSolid understanding and hands on experience using Ansible and Kubernetes.\nExperience working with Ecommerce platforms.\nGood understanding of MS Azure.\nExperience with UNIX/Linux and UNIX shell scripting knowledge (Bash and Python).\nArchitecture experience - strong advantage\nExperience designing enterprise observability architectures for hybrid, multicloud and on-premises environments.\nAbility to define telemetry collection, processing, routing and storage architectures.\nExperience designing OpenTelemetry-based architectures that minimize vendor lock-in.\nWe Offer You:\nWe offer more than just a job.
