All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nAs an Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperate and monitor production equipment\n\nLoad, unload, clean, and adjust machinery\n\nPerform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance\n\nAccurately measure and scale ingredients\n\nComplete quality checks and record data\n\nKeep your work area clean\n\nFollows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\n\n0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work\n\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift\n\nSKILLS:\nBasic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)\n\nComfortable using computers or tablets\n\nAble to read, write, and understand English\n\nBasic math and mechanical understanding\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nTeam-oriented and dependable\n\nComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens\n\nPay: $21.00 per hour\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
