This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Design Agencies, Regulatory teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of packaging assets for print, digital, and e-commerce applications.\nThe successful candidate will drive project coordination through the Design-to-Delivery (D2D) process, ensuring seamless collaboration, accurate label information management, and flawless execution of packaging artwork projects.\nProject Management & Coordination\nManage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects from initiation through final delivery.\nCoordinate project activities across Marketing teams, Design Agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.\nEstablish project timelines, identify key inputs and references, and monitor project progress throughout the workflow.\nFacilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams to align expectations, priorities, and milestones.\nPackaging & Label Information Management\nCollect, organize, and disseminate packaging and label information required for project execution.\nManage Label Information Specifications and/or SAP Labeling Records for assigned brands and businesses.\nCoordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of packaging content and assets.\nMaintain project templates, records, and documentation to support efficient execution and compliance.\nDesign Governance & Asset Management\nEnsure packaging designs adhere to established brand guidelines and standards.\nEscalate project briefs or design requests that conflict with brand requirements and governance principles.\nSupport digital asset management activities, including archiving packaging master files and maintaining asset libraries within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.\nEnsure final artwork files and digital assets are properly stored, accessible, and compliant with organizational standards.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to ongoing enhancement of packaging workflows, tools, and processes.\nParticipate in training programs and best-practice sharing initiatives related to packaging design and labeling systems.\nSupport initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and first-time-right delivery of packaging projects.\nQualifications Required\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment managing packaging design and/or artwork projects.\nExperience coordinating packaging projects from concept development through final artwork delivery to print production.\nStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nUnderstanding of digital file formats used in packaging artwork production.\nBachelor's degree in:Design\nCommunications\nChemistry\nPharmacy\nChemical Engineering\nPackaging Engineering\nOr a related field\n\nPreferred\nExperience managing end-to-end packaging projects through CGI development.\nKnowledge of print production processes, printing technologies, and color management.\nExperience working with digital workflows, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and document management systems.\nExperience collaborating with Research & Development teams.\nExperience supporting highly regulated products and coordinating packaging requirements with regulatory stakeholders.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Design Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of packaging design and labeling projects across assigned brands and businesses.
