You will be a subject matter expert for flexible and paper-based packaging, providing guidance and market intelligence to cross-functional teams across the globe.\nHow you’ll make an impact as a Regional Procurement Manager - Flexible and Paper Based Packaging\nAct as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and market intelligence to cross-functional teams.\nCreate and implement category strategies for the flexible packaging category (paper and carboard), including market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and risk assessments to ensure cost optimization and service continuity. \nDevelop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities on a regional and global level.\nNegotiate global contracts, manage strategic supplier relationships, and lead initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and operational resilience.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders and assure synergies across various Nestle operations to achieve company targets.\nContribute to the achievement of Nestlé’s global Sustainability Commitments and help to drive sustainability in packaging. \nWhat will make you successful\nProven track record in strategic procurement and category management for packaging materials in a multi-national environment. Specific experience in flexibles, paper and corrugate procurement categories is advantageous.\nSolid experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management on a global or regional scale.
