The leader position is a working role that provides day-to-day tactical on the floor leadership. It is a developmental role with a path to Production Supervisor and/or functional leadership roles. It is an opportunity to learn our processes and procedures while developing your skills and abilities to lead and manage others.\n3rd shift is from 5:20pm-5:30am\nStarting rate of pay $34.24 per hour, +$1.50 shift differential per hour \n12 hour shifts\nTeams Schedule\nComprehensive Benefits Package after 30 days of employment\nPosition Summary\nThis position is responsible for setting an example for safety, product quality and line performance and providing coaching for success.
