Are you ready to join us?\nA Day in the Life...\nThe Production Manager Specialist is responsible for driving the completion and success of end-to-end projects as assigned and commissioned by Markets at Zone and Global levels. This includes structuring, budgeting, execution, evaluation, and closing.\nProject Governance & Execution\nEnsure the day-to-day management of the Project through assignment of work, mobilization of resources, monitoring, and reporting on key dimensions (completion, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans).\n\nEnsure timely and accurate decision-making aligned with project sponsors’ expectations and tolerances.\n\nApply quality assurance standards consistently across all deliverables.\n\nProject Planning\nAlign with project sponsors, members, and stakeholders to define the project implementation plan.\n\nTrack and update plans through governance structures to ensure on-time delivery.\n\nProject Closing\nEnsure all project outputs have been delivered and validate accomplishment of objectives and business case assumptions.\n\nCapture and document lessons learned.\n\nTeam Leadership\nCoach, support, energize, and engage the Project Team.\n\nCommunicate roles and responsibilities clearly.\n\nGive regular performance feedback.\n\nGraphic Design Team Management\nOversee and manage a team of graphic designers responsible for developing creative assets for internal and external stakeholders.\n\nReview creative outputs to ensure alignment with project goals, Nestlé brand standards, and quality expectations.\n\nProvide creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers to ensure consistent excellence and innovation.\n\nCoordinate workload distribution, timelines, and design priorities across multiple projects.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Digital, etc.) to ensure design requirements and expectations are met.\n\nGraphic Design Expertise\nContribute hands-on design expertise when needed, especially for high-priority or complex visual projects.\n\nMaintain and enforce brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent visual representation across all outputs.\n\nSupport the development of templates, visual frameworks, and design standards used across teams and projects.\n\nProject Management Standards\nEnsure consistent application of project management practices across the team.\n\nBuild and maintain reference methods, standards, tools, and templates for project management tailored to Nestlé’s business domains.\n\nCapability Building\nDeliver training materials, courses, and on-the-job coaching to strengthen internal project management and design capabilities.\n\nCoach and develop junior team members in PMO administration, controlling, monitoring, and creative process management.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful\nMinimum 2 years experience in leading teams, including budget and personnel responsibilities.\n\nExperience in managing cross-functional projects.\n\nLeadership skills and proven ability to develop people.\n\nExperience in graphic design, including managing or mentoring creative teams.\n\nStrong creative judgement with the ability to evaluate and guide visual work .\n\nAbility to manage cultural diversity and collaborate across global teams.\n\nAbility to work within a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.\n\nStrong focus on results and execution.\n\nPosition Summary\nJoining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and beverage company in the world.
