The supervisor models Nestlé’s Ways of Winning by collaborating across functions, acting with courage, moving with speed and accountability, continuously learning, and leading with respect while upholding safety, quality, and compliance as non-negotiables.\nSchedule: 3rd Shift Monday - Friday, with a weekend rotation\nJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the shift, line, or area team to safely deliver the production plan while meeting quality, food safety, compliance, and performance expectations.\nBuild and develop an engaged, capable team through effective staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and accountability.\nModel Nestlé’s Ways of Winning by collaborating across functions, acting with courage, moving with speed and accountability, continuously learning, and leading with respect.\nEnsure all work is performed in accordance with safety, environmental, GMP, sanitation, quality, and operational standards.\nMonitor daily results, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement using NCE/TPM principles and root cause problem solving.\nPartner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and other support teams to resolve issues, improve line performance, and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.\nSupport reliable operations by ensuring the right skills, resources, equipment readiness, and maintenance priorities are in place to meet business needs.\nLead change effectively, including new product launches, process improvements, and business priorities, while maintaining employee engagement and operational discipline.\nMaintain accurate documentation, clear communication, and timely escalation of key issues, risks, and opportunities.\nTravel requirement: 5%.\nEnsure smooth operations through effective staffing, team deployment, and performance management.\nMaintain a properly skilled crew while minimizing overtime.\nManage attendance through proactive coaching and counseling, as needed.\nEnsure assigned team duties are completed while continuing to build skills and capabilities.\nMaintain accurate and timely records.\nDeliver scheduled production on time, within cost, and to quality standards.\nSupport area budget and capital planning while identifying productivity improvements.\nEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS\nMinimum associate’s degree (Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or Organizational Leadership/ Supervision) preferred.\nEXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS\n2 or more years in food manufacturing with production floor experience required.\nExperience in food processing, packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and knowledge of GMP’s.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean manufacturing or TPM preferred).\nLead safely through strong housekeeping, safety practices, and risk awareness.\nCommunicate effectively across audiences through clear speaking, writing, listening, coaching, and information sharing.\nBuild trust, motivate teams, and coach employees to support performance and development.\nAddress challenges and noncompliance with confidence, respect, sound judgment, and accountability.\nAdapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, work styles, and business needs.\nManage multiple priorities through strong organization, follow-up, and objective setting.\nApply mechanical aptitude and root cause problem solving to troubleshoot operational issues.\nUse Microsoft Office and related business systems effectively.\nResults Focus - Set clear goals and motivate the shift to deliver.\nLead People - Communicate priorities and build team commitment.\nPractice What You Preach - Model Nestlé principles and values.\nProactive Cooperation - Collaborate to achieve shared objectives.\nSalary: $75,229.20 to $99,782.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
