Learn more about our Group and reasons to join us on www.nestle.pl\nThe Project Engineer will support the delivery of industrial construction and infrastructure projects, including building extensions, utilities, roads, parking areas, external infrastructure, and production facility upgrades.\nThe Project Engineer will join a six-person project team responsible for delivering industrial construction and infrastructure projects within Nestlé Purina's manufacturing facility. The role combines project coordination, contractor supervision, and technical support throughout all project phases, from concept and design to execution and commissioning. This position offers an excellent opportunity for engineers with 2-5 years of experience who are looking to develop their project management skills in a dynamic industrial environment.\n2-5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering projects\nResponsibilities:\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations, GMP, and other operational systems applicable in the plant\nDeveloping a strong safety culture during the execution of works\nSupervision of construction and installation works within the plant and adjacent external areas\nManaging the progress and performance of subcontractors’ works, including daily supervision of their safety and work quality\nSupporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities\nCoordinating project stakeholders, including designers, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities\nMonitoring project milestones, costs, and risks\nPreparing technical specifications\nParticipating in the supplier selection process\nEnsuring proper communication and close cooperation with factory teams\nSupervising the progress, distribution, and verification of documentation\nRequirements:\nHigher education in an engineering field, preferably in construction or sanitary/electrical installations\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in construction projects, preferably in the modernization of industrial facilities, especially in the food industry\nKnowledge of construction regulations and quality standards will be an advantage\nStrong teamwork abilities and good communication skills\nGood command of English (minimum B2)\nWe offer:\nPossibility to learn and grow in a dynamic multinational environment\nThis position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract\n\nTraining for personal and professional development\nMentoring and guidance for career development\nFlexible working hours and possibility to work from home\nSponsored life insurance\nMedical care\nPension fund\nAdditional benefits according to company policy\nPlease enlose the consent for the personal data processing.
