Working across functions and with external partners, you will create clarity, manage risk and help ensure each investment delivers its intended value.\nProject Delivery: Lead capital investment projects from definition through implementation and start-up, maintaining focus on agreed scope, budget and timing.\nSafety & Compliance: Embed Health, Safety and Environmental requirements throughout project activity, escalating incidents or concerns and ensuring work follows legislation, site rules and Nestlé standards.\nCommissioning & Handover: Coordinate the commissioning of plant and equipment against agreed standards, supporting a controlled handover into site operations.\nContractor Management: Plan and oversee third-party activity on site, setting clear expectations and monitoring delivery, safety and quality.\nCross-functional Partnership: Work with Operations, R&D, Marketing, Logistics and other site teams to align project scope, dependencies, timing and budget.\nInvestment Planning: Support the development of project scopes, cost estimates and timing plans for CapEx investments of up to £5 million+, applying effective financial control throughout delivery.\nYour Ingredients for Success\nYou will bring a practical approach to project delivery, with the technical understanding and collaboration skills needed to guide complex investment activity.
