You'll manage scope, cost, resources, and change orders with confidence, while ensuring designs meet our standards and timelines. In close partnership with factory leadership and other stakeholders, you'll orchestrate project execution including construction and commissioning.\nLead the development of pre-project approval documents including project charter, project management plan, project kick start, estimate and milestone schedule creation\nApply full understanding of design scope and project deliverables to coordinate bid package development, evaluation and selection of construction firms, and release for field execution\nDirect and execute installation, construction and commissioning of assigned projects\nMonitor work output of project engineers and facilitate effective communication between engineering disciplines, standards, operations, technical stakeholders and safety leaders\nEnsure design progress and deliverables are met and in alignment with established project key components, specifications and requirements\nManage adherence to project milestones and scope and secure approvals for all changes in projects based on engineering ways of working methodology and risk mitigation\nControl the project budget including cost forecasts, cash flow projections, resource allocation and regular reporting\nProvide construction management and plant startup assistance as needed to ensure successful project execution and hand-off\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment\nOR\nAssociates degree with 12+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment\nOther\nMust be willing to travel up to 25-75% depending on project schedules and milestones \nDon’t meet all the qualifications listed under “other”?
