Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters, or another Nestlé entity.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the end-to-end execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), Profit & Maintenance, TDC, Ensure Supply, and CTAG projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the Nestlé Ideation-to-Launch (I2L) process\nManage project portfolios through prioritization, governance, stage-gate reviews, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decision-making\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery\nMonitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints, driving timely resolution from concept through commercialization and project closure\nPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align project objectives, resources, and deliverables\nCoordinate technical assessments, product reformulations, manufacturing trials, technical transfers, supplier qualifications, and commercialization activities\nLead portfolio and project governance reviews, communicating status, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts to leadership and stakeholders\nTrack and analyze portfolio performance, pipeline health, launch readiness, and key performance indicators to support planning and investment decisions\nDevelop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making\nEnsure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, quality, cost, compliance, and commercialization requirements\nSupport supplier transitions, alternate sourcing, co-manufacturing initiatives, capacity management, business continuity, and network optimization efforts\nLead cross-functional problem solving to address technical, operational, quality, supply chain, and commercialization challenges\nMaintain accurate project documentation, governance records, and reporting in compliance with I2L, PMP, and organizational standards\nPromote collaboration, accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across project teams\nDevelop, standardize, and improve project management methodologies, governance processes, tools, templates, and best practices\nEstablish and maintain portfolio management frameworks, stage-gate processes, reporting standards, KPIs, and performance metrics\nDrive process improvement initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility, resource planning, governance effectiveness, and project execution\nIdentify process gaps, capture lessons learned, and implement sustainable solutions to improve project delivery and organizational effectiveness\nChampion adoption of PMO standards, PMP methodologies, and continuous improvement principles across the organization\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; advanced education is a plus\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification, preferred\n5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects, including New Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, or Technology Transfer initiatives \nExperience with Stage-Gate and structured project management methodologies preferred\nProficiency with project management software, portfolio management systems, and reporting tools\nExperience with project planning, portfolio management, governance, and resource management\nSKILLS\nStrong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams\nProven ability to build alignment and manage diverse stakeholder groups\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills\nStrong facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills\nEffective project risk, issue, and conflict management capabilities \nStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills\nAnalytical problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement\nResults-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to lead multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail \nDemonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement\nSalary: $109,530.90 to $149,635.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
