You'll handle multiple projects related to both transformation and business evolution, delivering End-to-End Solution Architecture and overseeing its implementation.\nIn this role, you will manage the Enterprise and Solution Architecture for Nespresso’s global application landscape, supporting all markets and HQ functions. You will also be part of a team that drives innovation and new features for the business, all while spearheading a digital transformation to enhance competitiveness and speed to the market.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nDeliver architectural designs and input to the roadmap, translating business needs into comprehensive technical solutions. \nFacilitate the evaluation and selection of software products and services, and design standard and custom software configurations. \nImplement and integrate solutions, crafting integration strategies for cross-application purposes. \nGuide the technical architecture implementation across product groups, ensuring alignment with business strategies and requirements. \nIdentify organizational and financial impacts of solution architecture. \nMonitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify technology deficiencies or misalignments with business requirements. \nOversee governance activities to ensure product architecture security, assurance, and compliance. \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience. \n10+ years of experience in IT solution development disciplines (solution architecture, technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations). \nExperience in translating future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements. \nExcellent understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure/network architecture. \nAbility to estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives. \nFamiliarity with diverse technologies and processing environments (REST/SOAP APIs, Event-driven architectures, micro-services, cloud, and on-premises solutions). \nExperience documenting End-to-End architectures using UML and/or C4 diagrams. \nExtra Skills That Set You Apart:\nExperience with Confluent Kafka. \nExperience with Mulesoft API Gateway. \nExperience in CommerceTools. \nExperience with Dynamics 365 suite (CRM, Commerce or Customer Service) \nExperience in LeanIX. \nWe Offer You:\nWe offer more than just a job.
