You’ll work cross-functionally with our corporate supply chain and intermarket members, lead accounting, 3rd party carriers, Nestlé Purina Distribution centers, production plants, and customer distribution centers to ensure products are delivered to meet customer demand.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :\nSubmit AES (automatic export system) filing with CBP\nPreparing necessary documents and complete customs clearance procedures\nManage shipment exceptions and troubleshoot issues as they arise\nEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations\nConduct financial procedures and operating metrics (Detention management, automation objectives, expedite decisions, etc.)\nContact carrier to obtain status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment via provided systems for on-time pick-up, transit, and delivery\nNotify appropriate groups of any ocean transportation related issues, and work with Intermarket to resolve issues maintaining affiliate satisfaction and on time delivery\nEnsure the proper appointment schedule based on the booking confirmation of ocean carriers.\nManage returns in collaboration with the Accounting Lead as well as QA.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field\n3+ years of experience in compliance, freight forwarding preferred and international logistics experience\nSalary: $46,906.20 to $67,250.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
