With sustainability and safety at the forefront of our minds, our Atlanta factory proudly and passionately produces 460,000 tons a year of our dry pet food brands, including Alpo®, Beneful®, Cat Chow®, Dog Chow®, Friskies®, Purina ONE®, and Pro Plan®. Our factory does our part for the environment by conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, maintaining zero waste for disposal and more. This plant location is situated along the southern crescent of Metro Atlanta-an area that nearly 6 million residents and many of our associates call home. Atlanta is considered the major commercial and financial center of the Southeast, and together, we contribute to the growth of businesses and population, building the city's strong logistics, entertainment and film, and health services industries.\nAs the Sr. Maintenance Planner, you’ll support the plant maintenance group by developing our preventative and predictive maintenance program utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Work collaboratively with the Operations Planning Manager, Production team, Maintenance team, and Engineering department to coordinate planned maintenance activities to ensure proper asset care and reliability. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for accurately and effectively tracking all maintenance work order KPIs, trending management, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are effectively planned.\nExecute and improve planning methodology for preventative maintenance program. \nCoordinate SAP activities for maintenance functions by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders as necessary. \nPlan work calendar to meet the quality and timeliness expectations of production. \nProvide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team when needed. \nPerform field inspections, determine appropriate job work scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits. \nIdentify equipment failure trends and report them to the engineering department for root cause analysis. \nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent. \n3+ years’ experience in industrial plant maintenance, maintenance planning systems, or a related field. \n1+ year of leadership experience. \nSalary: $94,816.80 to $128,385.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
