We utilize thermal processing and high-speed canning to produce varieties of our Friskies®, Beneful® and Pro Plan® brands-product lines that we have carefully produced, packaged, and shipped since 1958. That’s why we not only make high quality food for pets but our factory is also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal.\nAs a Sr. Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing material handling and inventory control. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all ingredient balances through processing and tracking of all information regarding ingredients. You will work closely with manufacturing, materials handling, quality assurance and accounting teams within the factory.\nMonitor production orders and inventory to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.\nReconcile inventory and troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams.\nReview and correct production transactions to support accurate costing and efficiency.\nCoach and train team members on inventory processes and issue resolution.\nTroubleshoot production floor issues related to inventory, materials, and system errors.\nUse SAP and other systems to identify and resolve inventory and material-handling issues.\nPartner with production management to address process failures and develop solutions.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n2+ years’ experience with materials, accounting, inventory or production systems preferably in a manufacturing, military or related environment\nSalary: $50,585.40 to $70,810.00 per year\nBonus Eligibility: Yes\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
